RJG Simplify Advertising
Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 7, 2026
These are the general terms that apply to every client engagement with RJG Simplify Advertising ("RJG," "the Advertiser"). Your individual contract covers your exact rates, dates, and payment schedule — this page explains the policies behind it. 1. What's Included - Business Manager Audit - Campaign Setup and Configuration - Market Research and Audience Profiling - Ad Testing, Optimization, and Scaling - Ongoing Ad Monitoring and Performance Optimization - Data Analysis and Performance Insights - Monthly Performance Reporting - Dedicated Advertising Support - Lead Intake Review and Scrubbing What's Not Included - Customer service, inquiry handling, and lead follow-up - Advertising budget (funded directly by you) - Creation of marketing assets — ad copy, captions, images, graphics, video content - Social media page management and community engagement - Sales closing and conversion activities 2. Your Responsibilities as a Client - Track, tag, and manage leads, appointments, and sales generated through your campaigns - Keep sufficient funds in your ad account so campaigns don't get interrupted - Provide fresh creative assets (images, videos) as needed for ongoing testing - Publish and maintain ad posts on your Facebook page as campaigns require - Give RJG the access needed to your advertising, CRM, and tracking platforms - Let RJG know promptly about changes to your offers, pricing, services, or business that could affect campaign performance Campaign results depend on more than advertising — your lead follow-up, sales process, and offer quality matter too. 3. Payment Payments follow a staggered schedule set out in your individual contract, generally spread across the first few months of your engagement, to secure the full term and account for the setup and strategy work done upfront. All payments are non-refundable once services begin. If you terminate before the end of your contract for a reason other than a documented failure of RJG to communicate, any remaining balance becomes immediately due. 4. Minimum Engagement Every contract has a minimum term. If you end the engagement early, the remaining balance of that minimum term is treated as liquidated damages and becomes due immediately — this reflects the resources and capacity RJG committed to your account. The one exception: if RJG is the one who fails to communicate (documented), you won't be held liable for the unserved portion. 5. Platform & Communication Access Delivering these services may require RJG to have administrative or limited access to your social media pages, ad accounts, and messaging tools (Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pages, Instagram, and similar). By working with RJG, you're authorizing that access for purposes directly tied to your campaigns. In turn, RJG agrees to: - Use that access only for legitimate work related to your campaigns - Treat anything seen through that access as confidential - Never disclose, exploit, or misuse private communications or customer data unrelated to your campaigns - Limit access to the team members actually working on your account - Remove that access once your engagement ends, or on your written request, once any active campaign work wraps up 6. Late Payments - A payment more than 5 days late incurs a late fee of 3% per month on the outstanding balance (or the legal maximum, whichever is lower) - A payment more than 10 days late may result in your campaigns being paused until it's settled - RJG isn't liable for campaign delays or performance drop caused by a suspension due to non-payment 7. Pausing a Campaign - You can request a temporary pause with at least 5 business days' written notice. Management fees continue during a pause since RJG still holds your strategy and monitoring, but ad spend itself stops. - If a pause runs longer than 30 days, RJG can either resume billing by mutual agreement or end the engagement. - Either side can choose to end the agreement if a pause goes past 30 days — any balance owed up to that point still applies. 8. Confidentiality Both sides keep business information, strategy, and data shared during the engagement confidential, and won't share it with third parties without written consent, except where the law requires it. 9. Ownership Ad creatives, copy, and campaign data you've paid for are yours. RJG keeps ownership only of its own templates, strategies, and systems used to build your campaigns. If your engagement ends, RJG will give you access to your campaign data once any outstanding balance is settled. 10. Support Hours RJG provides support Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. Messages sent outside those hours get a response the next business day. 11. No Guaranteed Results RJG applies industry best practices to optimize your campaigns, but doesn't guarantee specific sales, conversions, or profit — those depend on things outside RJG's control, like how competitive your offer is, how responsive you are, the market, and Meta's own platform policies. This doesn't exempt RJG from liability for negligence or bad faith. Case studies, testimonials, and performance figures shown in RJG's marketing materials reflect specific individual clients and aren't representative or guaranteed results for every business. 12. Ending the Agreement Either side can end the agreement for a valid reason — a breach of contract, non-payment more than 10 days past due, or by mutual written agreement. Whatever's still owed gets settled within 7 days of ending. These terms are a plain-language summary for reference — your signed individual contract is what governs your specific engagement.
