RJG Simplify Advertising ("RJG," "we," "us") offers two things: ongoing ad-management services under a retainer contract, and a one-time digital course (The RJG Ads Playbook). This page explains our policy on refunds and cancellations for both — consistent with what's already in our Terms & Conditions and Course Terms, gathered here in one place. 1. Ad-Management Retainer Services All payments are non-refundable once services begin. When you sign on, we start Business Manager audits, campaign setup, market research, and strategy work immediately — this work happens upfront, and your staggered payment schedule is what secures your engagement and covers it. If you end your contract early for a reason other than a documented failure by RJG to communicate, any remaining balance under your minimum term becomes due immediately, per your Terms & Conditions. If RJG is the one who fails to deliver or communicate (documented), different terms apply — see your Terms & Conditions for the full details. 2. The RJG Ads Playbook (Course) All course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted. This is a digital product — once you're in, the lessons are yours to watch for your access period, and there's no way to "return" that. Please review what's included before purchasing. 3. Billing Errors and Disputed Charges The policy above covers change-of-mind requests. It doesn't apply to genuine billing mistakes — a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge you don't recognize at all. If something looks wrong, message us first and we'll investigate and correct it. We'd rather fix a real error directly than have you go through your bank or card issuer. 4. Auto-Pay Cancellation Auto-Pay is a payment method, not a commitment — you can cancel your saved card at any time from your dashboard's Auto-Pay tab, or by messaging us. Cancelling Auto-Pay stops future automatic charges; it doesn't refund payments already made, and doesn't cancel your underlying service contract (see Section 1). 5.
